Annual total compensation planning.
The Total Compensation Planning process occurs annually to allocate colleagues’ merit increases, and if eligible, AIP (Annual Incentive Plan) or LTI (Long-Term Incentives). This training helps managers and HR partners become familiar with the process and provides essential information you need to do each year to reward colleagues appropriately.

Our total rewards package.
Compensation plays an important role in the total rewards package available to colleagues. Here is what’s included.
Base pay is the foundation of a colleague’s total compensation package and refers to the amount of money paid to them, either as an hourly rate or annual salary, depending upon their role.
Savings plans include a 401(k) retirement plan and the Employees’ Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) to support colleagues’ financial health.
We offer comprehensive benefits and resources including high-quality medical, wellbeing, and insurance programs colleagues can count on.
